Classes 


For beginners


  • Basic course consist of learning the 12 yoga postures (asanas) and their great benefits, breathig exercises (pranayamas) class by class and getting to know about what yoga is. We always start and finish with relaxation.

Basic course starts in April on Mondays from 11:00 am am to 1:00 pm.

❈ For advanced students

  • Drop in classes are for those who have already learnt how to do the asanas and the pranayamas. We practice the breathing exercises and the 12 postures or their variations during the classes . All the lessons start and finish with relaxation to get the wonderful benefits of yoga practice.

Drop in classes in April on Mondays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
